My goal is simple. It is to provide professional, responsible care for your beloved animals when you need it most.

Hi fellow pet lovers! My name is Tina McCoy. I’ve been devoted to rescuing and caring for animals since I was a child, and I would love the opportunity to help you care for your pets and/or livestock.

Some of my past experiences include a ten year position as a dog walker of a Newfoundland,  Great Pyrenees and a mixed-breed dog who was blind. During that time I also assisted in the care of primates and otters. My duties included feeding and medicating as needed. Over the years I have become a Foster Hero for Dorchester Paws Animal Shelter. I love to foster bottle baby kittens, who need lots of attention and care. I tend to find many stray animals at my husband's place of work, and always try to find a way to get them to Dorchester paws so that they have another chance at a home.

I currently work part time helping to care for 14 horses at Chainey Briar Stables, where I board my two horses. My responsibilities include feeding, grooming, cleaning, fence repair, and maintenance, as well as administering meds as needed. While working at Chainey Briar, I also worked at Legacy Farms, where I helped care for 28 horses.

Being able to work closely with so many different types of animals has helped my passion to flourish, and inspired me to get certified in Pet CPR and emergency care.
